5 star on services,staff friendliness and accomodations,cleanliness , few steps from SM is a big plus . I felt its my second home with some added service perks. The only thing that spoiled my stay and probably most ,was very poor WIFI connection in the room most of the time NONE at all , you still need to go downstairs to the lobby or bar to have a good connection.Hhhmmmm...☹️😣☹️

The staff were friendly and the property was nice. Unlike the Discovery Primea of Makati, Manila, the Hotel Fleuris of Puerto Princesa has a transparent and thoroughly honest check-in and check-out process. I happily recommend the Hotel Fleuris of Puerto Princesa.

Staff hardly speaks or understands English. This makes it very hard to communicate and when we asked gor questions there seems to be misleading. As an example i was told that my check out was at 10:00pm so my flight was schedule for 8:00pm. Then i was called to inform me tgat check out was at noon. I would not recommend this place unless you can speak and understand their language.

i've never been to a hotel like this one, very strict with evrything! we cannot even bring food in the room, so strict w/ visitors, kept calling the room 10pm to tell us the visitors has to go, we have to pay for the pool 350/adult. sorry but never again.

Hotel is nice and centrally located. Very near SM mall (200m). Everything worked and staff was friendly and professional. Close port and airport. Biggest plus they pickup and dropout for free to airport (PPS).
