Coco Grove Beach Resort

We stayed at the turtle cottage. It was very clean with a great working AC. The views were spectacular with awesome sunsets. The onsite restaurant had a good variety of choices and everything we tried was very good. The staff and people working at the restaurant were simply the best I have ever seen. Always had that beautiful smile!! The only issue was with the facility, we only had hot water for two of the four nights, not an issue for me but the wife likes her hot showers. Would defiantly recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We do not swim so I cannot comment on the snorkeling except to say that there were always lots of people in the water from morning till night.

I didn’t like the door locks, they were very confusing. My stay was for 12 days, they did not supply us with beach towels till the last 2 days. Also the soap holder broke and was not fixed. But I would definitely go back for the beautiful beaches, also the great breakfasts which is free.

I booked a room just for 3 days, but it was amazing experience in CocoGrove. Nice and generous staffs and exotic environment made me extend my vacation here! Good restaurants, bars, pools, and even free Yoga classes. All the thing in Coco was completely wonderful! I will be back here in the end of this year. See you again all great staffs, especially thanks a lot, Jeje :)

Positiv: The Organisation was perfect. The property is a dream and the staff very friendly, competend and skilled. Big rooms. Frequently events in the Resort. Less than normal animals roaming around. Negativ: The coffee taste not good, late room service (sometimes 3pm), gym only open in the morning. Sometimes to less staff at the pool bar. Waiting time for breakfast at the restaurant in the front. During our week, they changed to smaller glasses at the complimentary breakfast. Small things where sometimes forgotten during meals (salt, pepper, tissues). Of course prices in thoose resorts are a bit higher, but 340Peso for one shot of Don Papa Maskara is ridiculous. But it was very nice there and we will come back.

La plage est belle, on a aimer la piscine sale très profonde. Mais le personnelle, surexploité pour être correcte et à qui on dois demander d’être toujours beaucoup trop enthousiasme c’est très forcé…. J’ai de la peine pour eux et en plus, ils deviennent donc franchement désagréable. Tout les clients ne sont pas égaux dans cet hôtel … curieux ! (Il n’y a curieusement pas de jus d’orange ni de pancake pour les client européens, magique!). En réservant des mois à l’avance notre chambre, en demandant gentiment à la réservation une chambre proche de la plage et silencieuse, nous étions contre les cuisines et face a une piscine bruyante. On demande gentiment d’être changé de chambre c’est paraît-il complet ! Mais quand on s’énerve un peu, comme par magie une chambre se libère ! Quelle chance. ! La cuisine est, très sincèrement, la moins bonne qu’on est goûté au philippines, et accessoirement la plus chère. L’hôtel est néanmoins beau, le jardin tropicale époustouflant, mais je suis directrice d’une agence de voyage et je ne recommanderais pas votre hôtel à mes clients car nous ne sommes ni des mal propre ni des grosses tirelires. Bien dommage ! L’animation n’est pas raffiné, le personnel exploité forcé de danser, un spectacle de feu qu’on peut chronométrer, des difficultés à trouver une table le matin car pas débarrassé donc pas possible de déjeuner devant la mer, 4 tables qui se battent pied dans le sables, des tables « réserver » qui ne sont tout simplement pas utilisé
