Keep in mind my score is based upon a $50 a night room. For the money room 201 was great. Can't vouch about all rooms,

had to wait until 3:30 to check in, otherwise the help was nice.

The staff was friendly

The rooms were disgusting, and the grounds werent up kept. The free breakfast was dtale bagles. There bugs in the room

Convenience to MD Anderson.

The staff so rude. The person who was there the morning of September 16 was not at the reception for close to 20 minutes. I could not wait any longer to check out. I had to leave ny room key on the counter then called customer care on phone to inform as I could not reach the hotel on phone too to let them know that I left the key. A cleaner there also tried calling. After informing customer care, I tried calling hotel again and got them at last. The lady was very annoyed with me, she actually hangup on me. I think she had been notified that she was not at the counter.

I added my girlfriend as a guest on the booking and when I got there the staff (manager) wouldn’t let me check in because apparently my name wasn’t on the booking. My girlfriend’s was. She then proceeded to give me a hard time about helping me and telling me to reach out to the third party I booked with. And then kicked me out of the lobby as I was attempting to reach out to booking.com to have them fix this error. She said I wasn’t a guest and also told me I couldn’t stay with them even if I did get my girlfriend to come check us in. She was very unprofessional and rude. She did nothing to try and help me and was very argumentative. Luckily my girlfriend de-escalated the situation perfectly and convinced Nicole, the property manager to let us stay. However if I hadn’t brought my girlfriend as a guest I wouldn’t have been able to check in, and that’s a huge problem. I am the one who booked and paid for the motel. Yet I wasn’t listed as so. I would like a refund or some compensation for this massive inconvenience and mistake on bookings behalf. Thank you.

Rude staff. Very unprofessional. Argumentative, and not helpful.
