Tristemente lo que no me gustó fue la encargada que está en el hotel no tiene buena actitud con la gente y siempre está llamando la policía para hacerse la víctima

I am talking about the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen a day in my life. We called this hotel for 3 days to confirm a reservation and by the time we finally got a hold of somebody through third party through Wyndham industries. The lady basically told me with with lack of better language to go f myself in the a because I'm Sol not getting no money back. I'm not getting a new room even though I called literally can prove to you that I called and other people in my party called this hotel at least six times every 2 hours to sit there on and let the phone ring for 5 and 10 minutes at a time. And cuz this lady is incredibly lazy who works there and it's only one lady. I've never seen anybody else. I've been there before and it was an emergency event that I had to go there because it was cheap or wasn't the cheapest in town but it was cheaper. It wasn't so far away that I couldn't that I had to risk. You know spending extra gas and all that it made up for not being the cheapest by being a lot closer to where I was. That being said, absolutely terrible. I mean I literally went inside lock the doors make sure my door was locked on my truck about four or five times because not only is there there hoodlum's that I did not know existed in all of Conroe I mean in all of Shenandoah because you've never seen them before the police force there. Please watching vehicles and they're you know casing hotels and seeing what you got. They plan on robbing you and I'm fairly certain that the lady that works there is setting him up to do this. I don't know for a fact I can't prove it, but I mean you know one kind of goes with the other. You know you don't you don't. You're not the receptionist there and you don't run the hotel without having run of the hotel. So that being said, not only is this lady rude lazy but she's probably whole criminal. I just advise that you be safe and go somewheres else
