restaurant in hotel next to the pool much to expensive for offered Quality …. for exampel for sauce 5 euro extra pay. And 25 euro for fish extra small sice

Merhaba, otel genel anlamda güzeldi. Fakat sabah kahvaltısında su rica ettiğimizde karşı masadan almanız gerekiyor diyip kalkıp şişe su aldık. Bu seferde şişeyi alamazsınız deyip koymamızı istedi. Açık büfe olduğunu, içicek servisini sadece çay ve kahve yapıyorlar bu hoş değil birde sanki masayı 10 şişe su doldurmuşsun gibi davranıyorlar. Her 2 otelde bu durumdan karşılaştık. Hem su servisi yapmayıp hemde 75 ml su şişesini aldığımız için tepki aldık. Bu konuda biraz daha duyarlı olmalılar

The staff at this hotel are the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They are very efficient but made every interaction feel as though it was important personally, and took their time to get to know you and remember your preferences. It was like being amongst new friends. No request was too much - they went out of their way to make you happy. Guest Relations Manager George deserves a special mention. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there and he arranged a number of special treats for her during our stay, including a beautiful floating breakfast, which was delivered by a lovely member of staff who helped to make the day even more special. He was always around, lovely to chat to and really made a wonderful trip even more special. He is the perfect front man for the hotel and spa. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and maintained to that standard every day. It was very well equipped with high-end toiletries, linens and towels and a fully stocked mini-bar, and a beautiful sharing pool outside the patio doors with stunning views over the beach and sunrise, as well as the stars at night. We stayed on an all inclusive package, and this was worth every penny. The bar staff at the pool were excellent, and special mention must be given to Peppa and Eva and their colleagues in La Pasteria and Armira Restaurant who made us feel so welcome and looked after us beautifully when we ate with them. All of the food was exceptional throughout our stay.

10 jours c’est un peu court …mais quand tout est mis en oeure pour que ce soit 10 belles journées accomplies …!!! Quel satisfaction.. Infrastructure excellente..Mais des personnes qui prennent leur travail d’accueil a coeur… Merci a tous pour votre gentillesse…. Un vrai plaisir serait d’y retourner …. Sophie Patrice
