Cork Factory Hotel

The Hotel is conveniently located, minutes from Downtown Lancaster or the Amtrak Station. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant serves good evening meals on some days of the week. My room was comfortable, generally quiet, good Wifi, storage and shower.

We stayed at the Cork Factory Hotel since a block of rooms were reserved for a wedding that we were attending in the area. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nicely appointed as is the bathroom. However, there is only wood ceilings/floors between levels. There is no sound-proofing at all. The people above us were up at 6 am and seemed to be marching around the room for an hour. All of our friends had similar experiences with noises from the room above keeping them up much of the night. I would only stay here if I could be on the top (4th) floor. Otherwise - find somewhere else!
