Candlewood Suites Houston I-10 East by IHG

Hardly any hot water, they were not ready for check in at 3. Did not inform of deposit, no receipt given at checkout, wet floors after mopping with no warning or sign, non working safe in room

I like the fact that they accepted me and my emotional service animal. The bed was comfy. My bathroom was very clean, room was tidy, and staff was great!

Very comfortable bed. The rooms were very clean and nice. I was glad that the staff was honest and helped me recover my daughter’s tablet. We are definitely going to stay here again when we come back in June. The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen.

Service was okay. Facility is very old and tired. Sink was clogged and original room had been smoked in, even though labeled as non-smoking (they accommodated immediately by changing to a different room). Not entirely sure how this hotel got 4.8 stars….

This was horrible. I want a refund. The rub was dirty and so was the bathroom and sheets. I asked the housekeeper to clean it and she did not. It qas a horrible experience. Never again

Not enough chairs and eating space for 4 people. Bathroom fan and sink drain were not activated at check in.

Everything, we stayed here after our Airbnb almost got broken into with us inside of it so my husband and I felt super unsafe and very uneasy. We walked in and automatically felt comfortable and our anxiety went down by a lot. The staff were super understanding and very nice! The room was absolutely beautiful!

They don’t offer breakfast but you can look past that due to the very nice staff and beautiful rooms!

Supportive staff

I booked for 4 adults and 1 children with breakfast, but when I reached, I was surprised when the hotel staff told me that your reservation is for 1 person and assigned a twin bed. It was very embarrassing... Although they gave me a queen beds room with no breakfast...
