Teníamos la reserva hecha un mes antes. Cuando llegamos al hotel desde la península, tras un vuelo, a las 23:00h, nos dicen en recepción que había un problema, estaban completos. Nos mandaron a otro hotel, asegurándonos que tendríamos las mismas condiciones. Cuando llegamos a ese hotel no sabían nada de que nos tenían que alojar.

"After booking, I didn’t actually get the privilege to stay"

Unfortunately after arriving at this hotel I was moved to a different hotel

I booked this hotel and was looking forward to staying, but after I arrived at the hotel to check in I was told that they would be moving me to a different hotel. They informed me that the hotel was full and couldn’t accommodate me. They gave me no prior notice. I wanted adults only and they then moved me to a hotel with children which as a solo traveler made me uncomfortable.

El personal bien muy amable..la comida super rica....lo incomodo son las habitacion los 4 dias k estuviemos.no funciono el aire acondicionado..iva todos los dias a decirles k lo fueran a revisar y nuca fueron..una.noche no dormi nada de la calor.fue fatal

Прекрасне місце розташування готелю. Поруч зупинка транспорту і можна легко подорожувати без авто. Номер був з чудовим виглядом на океан. Чисто. Перебування було комфортним і приємним. Їжа була смачною.

Так, як я була одна, то мені виділили місце в ресторані за загальним столом. Це було б некомфортно для мене, адже не всім таке підходить, але персонал відреагував на моє прохання не садити мене за загальний стіл. Для мене це дивна політика адміністрації в цьому питанні. Це був найбільший мінус.

Nos desviaron a un hotel de la misma cadena, y el servicio fue maraviloso El recepcionista Robert fue super amable, super agradable y muy eficiente.
