I feel like Best Western corporate should take all of their franchise owners here so they can all see how it is done properly. I love the professional effort yet welcoming casual feel. I adore a property that is actually into happy guests with a focus on the guest choosing them on a future visit. I do road travel quite often and I appreciate this. The pool was so clean and sparkly and the jacuzzi actually was working and on bubbling (hotels always have an excuse for the jacuzzi not working). The room was excellent; quiet, spotless and fully functioning; as was breakfast - plenty of fruit and coffee (who could ask for more) and fun foods too (waffles, cereal). Reading material, vending (please stock soon) and a lovely green pasture around the property; it is like a little resort in Carthage Texas. Peaceful and quiet on the loop but close to the adorable downtown area to grab lunch and shop a bit. Thank you, Carthage.
