O hotel é muito bom, agradável, bem localizado e muito limpo. Os quartos e banheiros são grandes e confortáveis. O restaurante é excelente, e o café da manhã é muito variado, ótimo. Os funcionários, todos, sem exceção, são muito gentis e prestativos. O hotel oferece um serviço de transporte aeroporto/hotel/aeroporto muito bom. Com certeza vou recomendar o hotel Sonesta para os amigos que forem a Cusco, e se um dia eu voltar lá, já sei onde me hospedar.
