Best Western PLUS Westgate Inn and Suites

Breakfast was good, staff was very good. Hot tub was nice. Activities in lobby were awesome.

Didn't clean my room on the third day or restock my tissues that I requested that morning. Also i called the .ain desk to get my TV working, the gentleman came right up, and had to reset something. Then was working fine. Overall very pleased with hotel will stay again when visiting my son in Leland.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious! The staff were all amazing and kind. We were even given a complimentary bottle of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely be back for another stay❤️

If you want Southern Hospitality at a good price, stay here. You will be welcomed and treated nicely.

Free parking was a plus. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious everyday. Loved Friday night Karaoke.

The hotel itself was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the front desk staff, Megan, had an attitude on the phone with me when I called to ask a question about a rollaway bed before arrival. For everyone’s benefit and knowledge: rollaway beds are against fire code and unavailable in their rooms with 2 double beds. Ultimately, I was able to call Expedia and get my reservation changed to a king suite and the problem was resolved. The breakfast was great. There is a bar in the lobby. The pool was heated. The king suite was spacious. Cleanliness was great everywhere we went in the hotel. The staff who assisted me at check in and check out were fine. The only downfall was the interaction on the phone prior to arrival.

A great location, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be for hotel to add a bench with a small roof cover somewhere for smokers. They have to stand outside in the elements to smoke. I'm a non-smoker but many smokers are older and standing in the heat in uncomfortable for them.
