Embassy Suites Savannah Airport

The lobby was fairly elegant. The breakfast was okay. The room appeared clean.

The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude. They had absolutely no patience at all when checking in, checking out, or when I tried to call to verify my confirmation. When I asked about my Hilton Honors account (since the stay was booked on booking.com and the honors app was unable to find my stay to use the digital room key, etc) she cut me off and just said it won’t show for 48 hours. That obviously isn’t true. How else would I be able to use the digital key… on checkout she basically asked my name and room number then answered the phone while she was doing the checkout and started talking to them, no indication that we were good to go. Realizing that I was still standing there, she told the person hold on then just dropped the phone on the counter and looked at us annoyed, and said you’re good. We also had a very odd smell coming from the bathroom for the duration of the 2 nights. Smelled maybe like mildew or they hadn’t cleaned the toilet well enough in some spots. Due to the attitude of the front desk, we decided to just keep the bathroom door closed and not bother with reaching out to them. It seemed nice from the pictures and the Hilton name, but it was very disappointing and I will NOT be returning.

-Surface level clean only - no deep clean -No additional blankets in the room for pull out sofa bed. When requesting blanket I was told to come downstairs to retrieve since they were too busy. - Not enough luggage carts, was told to hunt for them on each level. - we booked this hotel specifically to use the indoor pool, however not heated and ice cold for our children.

This hotel looks so nice by walking through the lobby but the staff from the front desk, the kiosk, and the bar were extremely rude. The bartender lady was by far the worst one there. Short tempered and had an attitude when you asked questions about the free drinks you are given. The pool was very small. You would think for the money you are spending a hotel like this would have a decent pool. Our room had stains on the sheets. The free breakfast even while free was not good! Bacon I have to say was the worst thing there. Luckily they did have cereal for the kids.

Clean My husband and I have been to this hotel x3. We enjoy the staff, the hospitality and the breakfast.

Cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

The Bed and the Channels on the T.V. and the Shower🤷🏾‍♀️.

Didn't get to Do Happy Hour... When I checked in it was 7 p.m. and It was My Birthday 😔 and Didn't get to sip and The pool water was too 🥶 cold to even put my feet in 😔... And I've been to Two other Embassies and they were WONDERFUL 🩷, But this ONE WAS A NO FOR ME,🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️....

The location was very good and the room was spacious.
