Embassy Suites Savannah Airport

We stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Savannah Airport in April 2026. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The rooms probably do need some updating and the furniture in our suite felt and looked like they were from the 60’s but served their purpose. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful with the exception of the one staff member at the restaurant. My husband walked up to the counter to order our dinner and the staff member yelled to him when she was around 15 feet back from the counter and just said “what do you want”. My husband explained he would like to order some food and she then again yelled over and said what do you want. He told her our order and she collected the payment. We waited around 30-40 minutes and finally walked back over to the counter. Once again she did not greet us but appeared to be annoyed and said they haven’t rang the bell yet and walked back to the area of the kitchen. After around 5 minutes or so, she returned with our order handed it to me without saying anything. I said thank you as she turned to walk away without saying anything. The food was very good so compliments to the kitchen staff. But the person taking orders obviously requires some customer service training. Overall our stay was comfortable and we would most likely stay again sometime if needed. Rooms were decent, noise level was perfect, breakfast was great as usual.

Location

The elevators were broken then one was in service, we were on the 7th floor and had to wait for multiple people to get on before we could and the elevator became filthy.
