Hacienda Bajamar Golf Resort

It was a great and peaceful experience, we spend a few days at a rental house here in the same development and it was great, out time was up and decided to stay one more night and booked a room here at the hotel it was super nice like the style vintage hacienda looking very clean and quiet love it we will definitely come back. Only down side it’s the spa hours 😔 are short.

Always love returning to this place. It is a quick drive north to Puerto Nuevo for lobster or south to Valle de Guadalupe

Our bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. Our front door safety lock latch from inside was broken and missing a piece. The pool closed early and we ordered towels and they never got delivered.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the continental breakfast we received this morning at Bajamar Ocean Front Golf Resort. Given the premium price we paid for our stay, the quality of the breakfast was utterly unacceptable and a far cry from what one would expect from an establishment of your reputed standard. The selection was meager, and what was available was subpar at best. The pastries were stale, the fruit lacked freshness, and the beverages were unpalatable. This is not the level of service or quality we anticipated, and it certainly does not reflect the high standards your resort purports to uphold. As guests who chose your resort based on its acclaimed reputation, we feel deceived and profoundly disappointed by this experience. It is unacceptable for any guest to be subjected to such poor quality, especially when they are paying a significant amount for what should be a top-tier experience. We believe it is only fair to inform you that we plan to share our discontent on social media to alert potential guests about the deceptive marketing and the actual substandard service provided. We hope this will urge your management to address these glaring issues and prevent future guests from experiencing similar dissatisfaction. Booked last minute on a whim. Great little hidden gem. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Rustic feeling but very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.
