There is a salt water pool, did not use at this time. I did not pay for any parking so that was a bonus. Shuttle service is great.

Clean and tidy breakfast area. Generally no problems.

Could use a little more choice, but everything that was there looked absolutely fine.

Clean comfortable room.

If you are going to advertise a shuttle service to and from the airport. You should employ enough drivers and vans to accommodate even during peak hours.

You might want to have a physical debit or credit card for the $50 incidentals charge at check in. The charge was fine and expected, but the staffer at the front desk first started yelling at me, "Do you have a PHYSICAL CARD" as I was running my digital card, then said they REQUIRED a physical card for incidentals, which I found jaw droppingly hard to believe. She lectured me that in the state of Colorado most places require a physical card, something I also find hard to believe as for years many travelers like myself have used apps for one-use digital credit cards to prevent theft and fraud while on the road. She finally asked the supervisor if I could use a digital card, and the supervisor seemed surprised by the question. The rest of the visit was great. Roomy, comfortable room and bed, nice toiletries and plenty of towels for the shower, etc. Free shuttle to the airport a nice bonus.

This experience from the start was a single point of failure. After checking into this prepaid hotel, after inspection of the room, I found that the television did not work, and there was no internet accessibility. I went to the front desk because no one was answering the front desk telephone. Upon arriving to the front desk, I noticed that there were a number of guests with complaints about the same issues, including room lights not working, door key cards not working, no internet, no shuttle service and televisions not working. I further tried to engage my concerns with what appeared to be the only person working guest services. I was not rude, but did however point out that services all together could be better. I wish I could upload the video of the guest services member, whom would only identify himself as “Front Desk” with a capital F and D. This person’s behavior is purely disrespectful and disgusting. You will highly disappointed in selecting this hotel if even for a few hours. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO MAKE ANOTHER CHOICE. IT IS NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY. I would kindly appreciate a call from Mr. Syed Hoque (management), or senior management to discuss this matter.

You walk in and immediately the smell of arm Pit hits your brain. Our room was gross. Carpet stains had be be the worst then the dirty chair the crumbs in the air unit the dust on top of the head boards the 10$ a day to park the 200$ card hold for incidentals I could have left but to go where. There was a Morgan Wallen Concert and the places we looked were not available.
