"Wonderful stay after the first night"

The room was huge, clean and comfortable and amazingly quiet for being so close to the hwy. Housekeeping was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good for my protein first thing in the morning diet and the coffee was actually delicious and always available. Dining room was so nice, bright and big. Parking was easy and convenient. Location was great near all the food and shopping and trails for my dog walks and it felt safe.

First room we got had a temporary AC unit with a duct out of the window so the window could never be opened, which is insane to me. The AC was loud and not efficient so we were stuck in a room without a choice to get some fresh air at night. I think rooms like that should not be offered to paying guests. We were never even told and had no choice to go to another room until the following day. It was a horrible night with no sleep and no breathing really.

The check in staffs were great! Housekeepers were great as well. We asked for 2 extra pillows and it was brought right away. We love the indoor pool, jacuzzi and especially that there was a microwave and fridge/freezer in the room.

"STAW AWAY"

STAY AWAY, there may be a pattern of misrepresentation, unprofessionalism and greed. Manager Karen is rude, kept talking over me and worst of all shamelessly lied about the cancellation policy which was still within the cancellation timeline. Hilton corporate gladly cancelled the reservation, no questions asked.
