"Pleasant"

Clean. Decorated for Christmas

The beds were horrible. They didn’t tell us they weren’t gonna change out the towels daily! And there was a sign in the bathroom that this would be done daily.

Quick family trip my grand daughters were ecstatic the indoor pool was open and breakfast was good if ever back in Pampa will definitely stay here

"Best breakfast!"

We arrived so let, staff was waiting and very pleasant to o speak to got me situated and up to our room we went. Slept in it was so quiet and peaceful we my husband David and I plus prince really enjoyed it. Shower helped me relax and felt stressed free the breakfast was awesome you have the best breakfast we all enjoy it even prince. Awesome cook lol.

"They were trying but it’s a substandard property."

One of the worst Hampton Inns we have ever stayed as HH Diamond. The staff was friendly but the hotel is in terrible condition and our room was very dirty. There was a layer of dust on everything. The card reader didn’t open the door—it took several attempts. We found someone’s dirty socks under the desk. I had to buy Lysol sanitizing spray to remove the smell from the AC unit. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and the closet door wouldn’t close. The lamp shades were cracked and mismatched. We had one towel and no washcloths. The linens were very thin and yellowed. The coffee was good but the breakfast was barely passable. I think they were really trying but it was a substandard property.

Even though the facility is old it was clean.

This facility is an older Hampton Inn. Updating is needed. The AC did not work in our room and the message light on the very old phone came on during the middle of the night. There was no message but we couldn’t get the light to go off.

"Superb"

The breakfast was great. The location was right down the street from family.

The tub didn’t drain and the pool was ice cold when we got into it.
