The Caledonian by All Seasons Resort Lodging

I did enjoy our stay! Great condo with 2 levels and balcony w hot tub. It does have a sewage smell upon walking in (maybe the main level bathroom?) and just smells dated. Maybe some nice Pura plug ins would help immensely. Overall great location, beautiful view and very serene.

An odor in the closet where the washer/dryer was, also odor in bathroom on main floor if the door was kept shut. also,no batteries in the tv remote. Heat could not be regulated on first floor.

I felt like I was living in a snow globe!!!

Overall it’s a very pretty property. I came during “off season” as I have never been to Park City before and it was peaceful and not crowded. With that being said, I am a female solo traveler. I got to the hotel around 11 or 12a, check in is not until 4. There was no one at the front desk so it had a number to call. I called and they informed me the room wasn’t ready and they would call when it was, which was completely fine since I was early! I left my luggage in the lobby and it was safe the 3/4 hours I was gone until the room was ready. When the room was ready it was well kept indoors. There was a little trash out on the balcony. I was having severe altitude sickness so I decided I wanted to go to sleep early. I took melatonin to help and was about to fall asleep when house keeping opened my bedroom door. Now this was pretty late in the evening, and the staff were very nice about intruding, however traveling as a solo female it made me uncomfortable the remainder of the trip that anyone could come in my room at anytime while I was indisposed.

Great location at the edge of downtown PC. Facility is a bit older, but well maintained. Assigned parking which is nice, though parking spots are tight. Unit was in nice shape with great views of mountain and High Whiskey. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, balcony, hot tub

A bit dated, but A/C wasn’t working and 90 degrees in Park City is hot!! Kudos to Vicki with management team who relocated us to a better unit with A/c working.
