"スタッフの態度が。。。"

客室等は金額相応。 しかしスタッフの態度にびっくりした。特にレセプションの一人の女性には「いじめられているのか？！」と思うくらい　笑。当方がレセプションに向かうと、こちらの顔を見ただけでうんざりしたような表情をされるのは、本当にめげる。 清掃も、タオル交換くらいしかしないので、滞在中数回レセプションに電話して清掃を依頼した。

минусы: гели, шампуни и вода предоставляется один раз, только при заселении, фен еле живой, завтраки без изысков плюсы : в целом неплохой отель за такую цену, завтраки без изысков но голодным не уйдешь, номер убирали каждый день

"Worth a look"

I've stayed here twice on trips to Russia. This hotel has improved since the last visit in 2015. The hotel is away from the busy center of town, near several beautiful parks. There is a shuttle every 30 minutes all day to take hotel guests to the Metro station, and the excellent Metro can take you almost anywhere in the city. English is a bit spotty at Reception, but service was excellent. Room quality and comfort as expected, no complaints. Get at least Comfort level room, I understand the Economy rooms are underground. The parks are great for walking and relaxing, this is where average Russians come to enjoy the outdoors. A different view of St Petersburg.

Hotel was nice and clean, nice breakfast, good parking, very polite attitude of staff, but are they not providing electric cattle to rooms at all, telling us because fire health and safety regulation. I never heard such a stupid excuse. Bathroom mouldy silicon around, looks disgusting. All rest no problem at all, we are really enjoyed. I they would be spend time for PPM (planning prevention maintenance) of rooms and provide cattle with tea facilities, this holiday would be absolutely perfect 10 of 10, but at present time my rates would be 8 of 10

В целом понравилось.Тишина.спокойствие.Район для отдыха.Минус телевидение(не настроенное изображение).Шкаф для телевизора лишний(смотреть можно только из койки).Шторы на скрепках(двигаются с трудом). Чтобы не оставался неприятный осадок от посещения бара,лучше рассчитываться картой.
