Propre, bien placé, accueillant. Les hôtesses d'accueil parlent très bien anglais. Une petite taxe de 220 RUB pour l'enregistrement au commissariat est demandée à l'arrivée. Pas prévue, mais suffisamment raisonnable pour être acceptée. Petit établissement de 4 étages (sans ascenseur) avec petit déjeuner compris. Les pièces sont un peu vieilles, mais tout est très propre. Une petite odeur peut se sentir, mais rien d'alarmant. Le quartier est animé pendant la journée, un peu (trop ?) calme la nuit. 5-10 min de la station de metro la plus proche. 30-40 min à pied du centre animé nocturne. 20 min à pied de la rue touristique. Idéal pour les jeunes qui veulent partir à SPB à moindres frais. C'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix que nous avons trouvé. Je n'y retournerai pas la prochaine fois : un hôtel davantage au centre ville me conviendrait mieux pour les sorties nocturnes. Pour les visites touristique, c'est l'idéal.

Hotellin hintataso ja kunto vastasivat odotuksia. Ei huippuhotelli, mutta riittää matkaajalle, joka käy hotellihuoneessa vain nukkumassa. Huone oli puhdas mutta vähän aikaa nähnyt.
