Road to hotel for one kilometre is not good.

Good location, amenities, food and ambiance. Few disappointments- 1.foul odor in bathroom from day one 2.noise and chaos from slum area on back side of hotel downgrading experience of being at hill station

Nothing. Network connectivity is the only issue so a stronger wifi in rooms will be helpful

Enjoyed, little expensive though. Kates's point is near, no need to go to inside Mahabaleshwar. Resort takes lot of effort to arrange activities throughout the day. The swimming Pool and game room are excellent way to relax. In May, temp outside are comfortable to roam around. Overall, very good experience.

Location is good but approach road is extremely bad. Rooms are okay but fittings are old, tiles were broken. Need to be clean. Service is good but can be better. Amenities were on but can be better. Gym instruments were not upto date, cycle was out of use, there was no phone connection in the gym room!!!

Room size for 4 people is good but toilet size is too small to manage it. High cost and no much enjoyment in it. No much activities for big kids like go karting or climbing on ropes etc. Not worth that much. Sauna is paid.
