"The joy and Wonder of Mahabaleshwar"

It was a good and memorable experience to spend few days there. Important thing that i liked most was the access to all activity spots via elevators enabling me to move freely and smoothly. Staff does their responsibility silently and with diligence. A good environment around. Only issue that may be addressed is to provide some sorts of blowers uses to get rid of small insects that falls in eyes etc at the dinning, pool etc.

Service 5 🌟 Food 4🌟 Rooms 3 🌟 Bad Odour in Bathrooms with inefficient exhaust making it unusable. Sofa cum bed mattress becoming worn out. Rooms have lived their age for the tarrif. Swimming Pool 1🌟 Broken and Chipped tiles everywhere caused cut in feet. Pool heavily infested with chlorine causing eye irritation.

Single location and owner run property. They have invested heavily and spared no expense in the expansion and renovation of the property. Quality of fit, finish and technology in the rooms as are amazing. Soft close doors, drawers, large powerful air conditioners, adequate lighting and smart tvs. On the service and food, the property has maintained and further improved on thier high standards. High staff to guest ratio is very good. Commend the quality of the housekeeping and linen too. Have booked to visit again in a few months.

It was a memorable trip. Had taken 3night 4 days package. This was our 2nd trip to brightland resort. The breakfast was delicious with varied dishes. And the ambience, swimming pool,hospitality and above all the cottage room which we took was magnificent. Overall a wonderful holiday spent
