Good location, helpful staff, outstanding breakfast and great view from our balcony.

The room was very small and there was no place to manage our luggage and toiletries. A problem getting hot water.

Die Lage ist optimal und das Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terasse und der Pool im Aussenbereich empfanden wir sehr einladend.

Das Zimmer verfügt wohl über einen Kleiderschrank aber nur mit einer Kleiderstange und in diesem Fall mit zu wenigen Kleiderbügeln. Tablare gab es keine - Ablagefläche hat uns gefehlt. Weil der grosse Parkplatz für eine Reisegruppe reserviert war, waren die Parkmöglichkeiten eher bescheiden.

Ci ha accolti Nathalie, ragazza estremamente professionale e cortese che, oltre ad illustrarci orari e servizi dell'albergo ci ha accompagnati in stanza, peraltro di categoria superiore (vista lago) a quella prenotata e senza supplementi di prezzo (attenzione al cliente oggi non più frequente!). l'albergo è circondato da un giardino estremamente curato e ricco di piante anche ad alto fusto . Camera e bagno , un po' piccoli, ma estremamente puliti e curati in ogni particolare per offrire un confort ottimale. Prima colazione con buffet molto ricco e personale di rara cortesia. Sembra di essere in un albergo di categoria superiore alle tre stelle dichiarate . Rapporto qualità -prezzo assolutamente ottimo!
