Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es wird auch deutsch gesprochen. Tolle Lage im Zentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sehr sauber. Angenehmes Ambiente.

Das Parken war, insbesondere wegen der Baustelle nebenan, schwierig. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung und Badausstattung nicht optimal.

Brilliant location and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast perfectly acceptable. Our only problem was that we booked an apartment but instead were given a double and single room on the top floor (sloping ceilings, skylights). We booked the apartment for more space but this was an inadequate room. The owner tried her best to offer something else but the hotel was full. My argument is that we should not have been able to book an apartment if one was clearly not available. Two rooms next to each other is not an apartment.

De locatie was perfect, lekker centraal gelegen en dicht bij alle voorzieningen en restaurants in Sibiu. De manager was erg aardig en erg behulpzaam, zelfs het parkeerprobleem dat we hadden heeft ze voor ons opgelost. Het ontbijt was basic maar prima in orde. De bedden waren goed, de ruimte uitstekend (we kregen een upgrade) en de sanitaire voorzieningen zijn netjes, ruim en schoon.

Het is in de buurt erg lastig om een parkeerplaats te vinden dus als je met de auto komt vraag dan direct bij het hotel een parkeerplaats aan. Er zijn er maar een paar dus je moet geluk hebben.
