Assenza della possibilità di caricare l’auto elettrica, ce una colonnina ma non funziona. Personale parla solo francese ed alla richiesta della fattura ecc era molto stizzita, dopo aver sbagliato la p.iva non voleva stornare la fattura. Scortese e maleducata. Mai richiesto alcun documento a nessuno di noi (3), considerando che una di noi è minorenne …bha

Bellissimo hotel e molto bella la spa

Purtroppo non parlano in Italiano in una reception bisogna sapere le lingue per accontentare i clienti.
