We hadden een topverblijf met een heerlijk bed , mooie kamer en s avonds nog een vriendelijke hulp van Felice...supervriendelijk dame aan het onthaal !! Gezellige kamer en OMG wat een heerlijk bed !!! We hebben genoten !! Bedankt B-Inn

"Convenient business hotel close to Antwerp"

The hotel is conveniently located. Parking in front of the hotel was possible on an own hotel parking space. The rooms are spacious, good bathroom and comfortable bed. It was nice that the windows could be fully opened and that the a/c could be switched off. The breakfast is very good, always with eggs and a large variety of food.

Despite a prior confirmed request for a quiet room on the second floor, I got a very noisy room right above the entry of the next door Mc Donalds. When I complained, I got a room on the ground floor, which was quiet but a bit scary to fully open the window (ground floor) and annoying as there were people standing right in front of the window, smoking a cigarette. What I found totally unacceptable that when I asked the lady at the reception if I could still have a bottle of water as I was so thirsty, she answered "No - everything is closed now!" although she stood right in front of the fridge and still took the time to have a 10 minutes private call afterwards before she finally left the hotel (06.03.2026, 23.05hrs). As I urgently needed the water to take a tablet for my heart, I had to drink water from the tab - although the fridge at reception was full of drinks. I have always liked to stay at this hotel, but this time I was really disappointed and might stay somewhere else the next time.
