The staff were all super nice and immediately helped with all our requests and needs. The gratus pickup and transfer to the hotel was appreciated after a long travel day. We were upgraded to a spectacular room with the best lake and mountain views. The room was spotless, comfortable and nice extras. The spa facilities are unbelievable and relaxing. The location is perfect to walk and see the sights and the shops are plentiful. We thank all who helped us have a memorable stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

Great hotel, even better service. St Moritz is expensive and this hotel offered great value. Room was upgraded and super comfortable, especially the bed. Bathroom is very small but not an issue for us. Breakfast has a good selection and you can order an omelette and special coffees. Loved the turn down service with a little toblerone on the pillow. The spa is the standout for us, we had it to ourselves by accident on both visits. I also booked a brilliant aroma massage. The hotel has gone over and above to post my left behind belongings which I’ve really appreciated.

The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible and very convenient for exploring the area. One of the highlights for me was definitely the SPA – both the facilities and the overall atmosphere were perfect for relaxing, and the view from the SPA area is simply amazing. I really appreciate complimentary shuttle to the main station. Breakfast was another strong point: a rich selection with good quality products. The service at the breakfast was super nice. Room was comfortable, big, well-maintained, and aligned perfectly with the overall vibe of the hotel. This was my second stay here and would be willing to come again.

The floor in the SPA area can be quite slippery, so extra caution is needed there. This was also the second time I was given an adjacent room, which makes it a bit less private. Additionally, I found the evening room service (turn-down service) surprising – while a nice gesture, it can feel disturbing if you’re not expecting someone to enter at that time of day. Lastly, the gym only seemed to open around 9:30 am, which unfortunately made a proper early morning workout impossible.

Il albergo situato nel centro della città, a due passi di tutto, l'accoglienza ed la gentilezza del personale incredibile. Non lo sapevamo, ma quando fai il check-in in state ti danno una tessere per circolare, utilizzando tutti i mezzi pubblici gratuiti, come anche le seggiovia, molto bello e comodo. Bravi.
