We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the overall experience was disappointing. Upon entering the room on the day of arrival, we found that the bathroom trash bin had not been emptied and the pillows were visibly yellowed. After contacting the front desk, a staff member came to address these issues. Later that evening, when we returned to the room, the lights near the entrance could not be turned on after inserting the key card. We had to contact the front desk again, and a staff member informed us that the lights could only be controlled from the switch by the bed. However, there was no information or instruction provided in the room, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. The most serious issues were related to the room facilities. The shower head holder was broken, which meant the shower head had to be held by hand throughout the entire shower. In addition, the bathroom sink only provided cold water and no hot water at all. I reported both issues to customer service by email the following morning and was informed that they would be resolved that day. However, when we returned to the room that evening, neither issue had been fixed. By the time we checked out, the shower head holder was still broken and the sink still had no hot water. While the housekeeping issue was eventually addressed, the facility problems remained unresolved despite the hotel’s promise to fix them. This raised concerns about the hotel’s maintenance standards and responsiveness to guest feedback. Basic cleanliness, functional room facilities, and timely resolution of reported issues should be standard expectations for any hotel. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below expectations.

Tolle Lage, Frühstück gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Empfehlenswert!

Mitten in Zentrum von Skopje. Eine Katastrophe einfach. Alles war Alt und hab nicht mal gefrühstückt. Wollte direkt weiter fahren.

The rooms were dirty. The bathrooms were especially awful and it is not cheap to stay there.

Neodpovida 4* hotelu, různé nedodělky (prasklé zachod.prkenko, chybející část dveří sprchoveho koutu, hřebíky trčící ze skříně, kabely ze stěny, poličky nakřivo,atd.)

Zowel de kamer als de badkamer waren vies. Het was echt smeerig. Overal stof, haartjes en vlekken. We hebben foto's gemaakt en aangegeven dat het echt vies is en ze zeiden dat ze het gingen schoonmaken. Maar ze hadden bijna niets gedaan. We gingen even in de stad lopen en toen we terug waren, waren alleen de bedden opgemaakt en ze hadden de badkamer gestofzuigd, maar de vlekken en de haartjes waren er nog steeds. En ze deden alsof wij te veel verwachten. Nou, van een hotel met 4 sterren mogen we wel tenmiste verwachten dat het schoon is. En boven alles was er geen warm water. DEZE HOTEL VERDIENT DIE 4 STERREN NIET. DE DEUREN VAN DEZE HOTEL MOETEN VOORGOED OPSLOT GAAN🤬 De eerste foto's zijn voor het schoonmaak en de laatste foto's na de "schoonmaak"😒. Echt om van te kotsen🤢.

Posizione molto comoda e centrale. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo. La nostra con vista città. Colazione con prevalenza di salato rispetto al dolce. Tv a schermo piatto molto grande con canali anche italiani

Ci sono stati problemi con asciugamani, avevano poca scorta erano rimasti teli "consumati", ma poi il personale ha risolto dandoci accappatoi. Solo 1 giorni per un guasto , non usciva acqua calda.. Il lavandino del bagno 'e da considerare un lavamani molto piccolo, abbiamo risolto usando la doccetta della vasca.
