Hotel Super 8

The hotel’s location is excellent—just around the corner from the old bazaar and the city center. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well-organized. The breakfast was fine and varied.

There were no towels provided in the room, as I was told the hotel was very busy and they had run out of clean ones. As a temporary solution, I was given a bathrobe to use as a towel, which I appreciated since I hadn’t brought one with me. The bedding was slightly worn and starting to pill, clearly due for replacement, and the sheet was smaller than the bed, so it kept coming loose. The east-facing rooms overlook a dilapidated building, which isn’t particularly pleasant. There wasn’t a single chair or armchair in the room (even though there would have been space for one), so the only place to sit was on the bed—which isn’t very hygienic in street clothes.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked 3 rooms for 9 guests, and according to the reservation each room was supposed to have proper beds (1 king bed and 1 twin bed). However, upon arrival, we were given rooms with only one double bed each, which was not enough for our group. Instead of providing proper beds, the hotel gave us mattresses on the floor, which is completely unacceptable and far below the expected standard. This did not match the booking description at all. The situation was uncomfortable and poorly handled, and we did not receive the service we paid for. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or larger groups.

Ubytování se nacházelo víceméně v centru města. Vše bylo v docházkové vzdálenosti. Hezký výhled z terasy u pokoje. Parkování bylo k dispozici pouze pár kroků od hotelu v podzemní garáži zdarma. Milý personál.

Vybavení pokoje už zažilo své. Děravé zaprané ručníky. Zašlé povlečení. Nefunkční klimatizace. Snídaně byly průměrné, ale vzhledem k ceně odpovídající.

4 stelle regalate, struttura vecchia, pulizia superficiale. Per non parlare del bagno, piccolo e box doccia non compatto, si allagava tutto. Servizio asciugamani a loro piacimento, a chi si a chi no. Colazione discreta, tanto salato poco dolce (quasi niente)
