The staff said that the room was overbooked, and gave us a room in some other hotel, which is in the same building. The room was no match for what we booked. Small, without a balcony, with only a very small window to the wall of the next building, and it needs a good clean. We had a very tight schedule, so we had no time to argue. Very disappointing.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on Via Etna and close to everything.

The room was not very clean — the bathroom was quite dirty, and the toilet flush did not work properly. The windows are poorly insulated, so it was very noisy at night because of the traffic on the main street. Breakfast is provided with a voucher for a nearby café, but it only includes a coffee and one pastry, which was disappointing.
