La compréhension de l'équipe de ce superbe établissement quand je leur ai expliqué la marge inamissible que vous avez pris sur cette chambre. Il nous ont mis dans une chambre plus grande, sans supplément, la grande classe.

Votre marge sur la chambre réservée. Vous avez pris, vous booking.com le 100% du prix de chambre pour votre marge. J'ai donc payé du simple au double pour la plus petite chambre de l'etablissement (j'ai vu la liste de prix pratiquée par l'hôtel et vous étiez au double.. Inamissible de votre part. C'est du vol.
