"Ótima localização e boas comodidades!"

O hotel Saint Paul é bem localizado em uma avenida tranquila e próxima ao centro e a vários pontos de interesse. A equipe me deu informações antes mesmo de chegar à cidade, e o hotel possui boas comodidades extras como piscina e restaurante que funciona em alguns dias e horários interessantes. O quarto é amplo com ar condicionado, TV, boa ducha e uma mini cozinha com pia e frigobar. Também possuía mesa para homeoffice.

O elevador carece de uma boa reforma. Em uma das noites os dois elevadores sociais travaram sendo necessário utilizar o de serviço. Complicaria se fosse horário de limpeza, pois estava no 11º andar. O sistema do cartão da porta também deu problema 3x me obrigando a retornar para a recepção afim de corrigir.

Convenient location. Staff was super helpful. We left our luggage at the hotel for three nights to go on an Amazon tour and picked it up when we came back to Manaus

"Bom custo benefício"

O hotel tem uma boa localização, dá para ir andando até a praça principal e o teatro, as ruas são um pouco vazias a noite, mas não tivemos problema. A limpeza é excelente, todos os dias o serviço de quarto foi bem satisfatório e o atendimento da recepção muito bom.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, tem alguns pães, 2 tipos de queijo e presunto, ovo frito e mexido, dois ou 3 bolos, mas na maioria das vezes são secos sem cobertura. Acho que de férias a gente procura algo bem saboroso, suculento, não o básico do dia a dia. Não conta com opções de preparo na hora como tapioca recheada, omelete, isso seria um bom serviço caso tivesse.
