People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Tentaram nos cobrar 5 águas minerais que não consumimos. Insistiam na cobrança mas no final não cobraram. Foi muito decepcionante e desagradável ver o hotel que não faz nenhum controle claro do estoque do frigobar alegar esse consumo indevido no frigobar. Cuidado!

Tamanho do quarto e localização bem perto do teatro Amazonas e restaurantes. Funcionários prestativos.

O prédio está muito velho, precisa de uma reforma, o elevador faz muito barulho, a descarga do quarto que eu estava tb fazia um barulho horrível e minha tv não funcionou. Café da manhã simples e alimentos pouco saborosos.
