This hotel is right in the middle of the city and ideally placed in a short walking distance from all you will want to visit and experience, including the Jewish Quarter, the river, and the shops. The atmosphere in Córdoba is loud, lively & friendly at night, but the rooms of the hotel are located round a central courtyard so if you ask for one facing the inside garden, once inside all is peaceful & quiet. Its nota aluxury hotel but is fantastic value for money and there’s safe underground parking too if you need it. The hotel manager , Arthuro was super friendly & helpful even walking us to the underground car park.

Warm welcome from the concierge. A lovely Mozarabic look to the atrium. The room was quiet and spacious. The bed sagged, but at my age, I actually take a pill against that, so no neck or back ache days later. It’s a nice, gently downhill walk to the Mezquita, uphill going back, about seven or eight minutes. This is good psychological preparation for the fabulous marvels you see down there and around of the Islamic/Christian Middle Ages. Just around the corner from the hotel itself you have a civic, Spanish main street with good restaurants cheaper than in the historic center, things you might suddenly need to buy, and Roman columns at the end of the block to remind you that Cordoba was one of the grandest provincial capitals in the early history of Europe.

The bathtub is a shower only, but they need to have a firm rubber mat in the tub for the sake of the elderly getting in and out.

La cama estaba muy cómoda, odioso el edredón muy suave. Mucho silencio ideal para descansar. Muy bien ubicado
