Die Lage ist absolut top. Direkt an der Nähe und im Zentrum der Stadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Frühstücksbuffet nicht mehr so reichhaltig wie früher. Obstsalat leider nicht frisch. Sky Lounge für Gäste nicht mehr nutzbar. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist schlechter geworden

Tolle Lage, schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, für Bad Kreuznach unüblich vielfältige Weinkarte, wundervoll freundliche Inhaberin, optimaler Parkplatz verfügbar (15€)

Veraltete Zimmer im 80er-Jugendherbergen-Stil mehrere Häuser weiter, komplett entkoppelt von der Modernität, Sauberkeit und Eleganz des Hauptgebäudes. Das Personal war schon am Telefon, Check-In und Frühstück unfreundlich und knapp angebunden. Aber die Höhe: Nach unserem Eintritt in die Bar am Samstagabend um 22:30 (!) wurde ein paar Meter weiter von den Barkräften über uns gelästert, dass sie jetzt lieber die halbe Stunde früher abgeschlossen hätten, da die zwei Gläser Wein ja „egal“ gewesen wären. Fühlten uns so mehrmals extrem unwillkommen und abgezogen. Wir sind selbst in der Gastronomie tätig, wissen dass es oft stressig werden kann - aber hier wurde das absolute Minimum an Gastfreundlichkeit nicht eingehalten.

Gästehaus neu renoviert, hochwertige Ausstattung, sauber, nahe Stadtzentrum.

Treppe im Gästehaus schon recht eng. Denke die noch fehlende Türzarge ist schon bestellt.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren modern und gut eingerichtet. Das Essen war rundum gut und lecker, das Restaurant ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist zwiespältig. Natürlich sehr zentral, was in der Nacht leider auch eine entsprechende Lautstärke begünstigt, wenn man es bevorzugt, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

Super Zentral gelegen, Innenstadt alles fussläufig erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich - Restaurant im Hotel haben wir nicht genutzt

Frühstücksbüffet ist übersichtlich - da sind wir reichhaltigere Angebote gewöhnt
