The cleaning staff were very friendly and do a great job

Dog friendly and crew working were very friendly and accomodating.

We didn't get much interaction with the staff but what little we did was friendly, each day the facilities were refreshed and cleaned which we appreciated. They were very accommodating towards our dog who was on her first road trip. We also loved the access to the pool on hot days! location was easy access to the supermarket, pub across the road, Pollard Park within walking distance.

Bit of road noise was distracting for sleeping but it's not the fault of the property. We did have the windows open due to the heat.

Room felt clean and it was great to have the two bedroom option as a family. Great having the Speights Ale House across the road.

Was a bit dated like most motels. The renovations were appreciated but felt unfinished, like the lack of silicone around the vanity. Still, everything was comfortable and in good working condition.

The location, the size of the room

The noise from the guests in the upstairs unit, however , is definitely not a reflection on the property itself
