I stayed at Hotel de Nevers during my first trip to Lourdes. I chose this location due to its proximity to the station. The staff was most welcoming and helped me with information about the place and also recommended the evening procession. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It really felt like family

Petit déjeuner pas pris. Emplacement bien

Dans une des chambre WC inutilisable tout cassé les chambres à rénover. Ascenseur bien trop étroit. Pas de sèche cheveux dans ma chambre. Rideau d'une chambre déchiré. Place de parking payante (10€) à rajouter sur l'annonce.

"conforme à ce qu'il faut attendre d'un hôtel deux étoiles"

- taille de la chambre satisfaisante. - bonne surprise de pouvoir emprunter gratuitement un fer à repasser à la réception. - emplacement entre le sanctuaire et la gare mais beaucoup plus proche de la gare. - disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel et qualité des réponses fournies aux questions.

- le prix de la dernière nuitée facturée 70 € alors que l'hôtel m'avait annoncé initialement un prix de 63 €. - l'hôtel a essayé de me faire payer 2 fois la taxe de séjour pour la dernière nuitée de 1,44 €, ce que j'ai refusé. - isolation sonore insuffisante des chambres (j'occupais la chambre 309 et j'entendais sans aucune difficulté parler les occupants de la chambre voisine, heureusement dans une langue étrangère ce qui ne mobilisait pas trop mon attention) - propreté insuffisante du rideau de douche. - pas d’ascenseur pour atteindre le troisième étage.
