We like the 50's retro style. The room was lacking horizontal surfaces in the bathroom, otherwise it was very nice.

Cute place to stay within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as walking routes such as the Bridge Loop and Bay Walk. In the room, there was a three ring binder with information about the motel, restaurant menus, etc. The pictures are accurate, the room was comfortable, and the A/C worked. It was very quiet when I stayed in June.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the lobby and hallway, but it wasn't overpowering and didn't bother me. It wasn't as noticeable in the room.

I was in town for the Door County triathlon. The location was convenient and we loved the charm of the motel! It was unique and told a story. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We would love to come back and stay here again!

The fun retro decor was neat. We are both musicians and love the support this venue gives to local musicians. The common kitchen area was a great little nook with everything you need. We had leftovers and a cooler with food- the kitchen helped to feel more homey and I could use real dishes and silverware without disposable waste. Eco friendly is always a plus in my book.

The central air wasn’t working and it was super hot and humid. The staff was apologetic and attentive. They had already purchased and installed air conditioning units throughout the motel and the room was cool and comfortable for the whole stay.

Clean, friendly, retro, great location. Fourth of July fireworks within 3 blocks. Retro but with all the modern conveniences.

Could use dehumidifiers. Very clean tho.

I loved the retro vibes! The motel had a bunch of cute stuff in the lobby for guests to enjoy which I thought was a welcoming touch.

Our second stay here and it won’t be the last. Very, very clean hotel with a vintage vibe. Centrally located in downtown just a short walk to everything.
