Our stay at Sayaji Hotel Indore became something our family will never forget — not because of the hotel itself, but because of the extraordinary kindness shown by one of their team members, Mr. Pankaj Singh (Manager). In the middle of the night, our daughter suddenly suffered from a severe heat stroke, and the situation became extremely stressful and frightening for us as parents. At that moment, we were away from home, confused, worried, and desperately looking for help. Mr. Pankaj Singh stepped in immediately without a second thought. He helped us find a good hospital quickly, arranged a vehicle at odd hours during the night, and ensured that everything was handled smoothly and without delay. His calm approach and willingness to help gave us immense relief during such a difficult time. What truly touched our hearts was that his care did not end there. Despite it being beyond his professional responsibility, he personally visited the hospital later to check on our daughter’s wellbeing. That personal gesture meant more to us than words can express. In today’s world, finding someone who genuinely cares for guests on a human level is very rare. This was not just hospitality — this was humanity, compassion, and kindness at its finest. Because of people like Mr. Pankaj Singh, Sayaji Hotel Indore stands apart from others. The hotel should feel proud to have such dedicated and caring individuals representing them. My family and I are deeply grateful for all the support, care, and personal attention we received during one of the toughest moments of our stay.
