The property is well within reach for town

Need to ask a lot of stuff such as shampoo, extra toiletries Hot water wasn't working properly When to check out. I get call on before my time

The breakfast spread could have been better.

The room size was too small. Especially the washroom.

Overall good ambience with well deserved staffs,can be recommended to others (Friends & Families)

Neat, clean, good comfortable rooms with heater...responsive staff. And have to mention breakfast items. Tasty and value for money.

A little bit on the expensive side when you include the GSTs. The final bill was quite a bomb.

Staffs were very helpful,hotel was very near to Mall & it was very clean

The hotel does not have any ramp which might be difficult for old people & people having difficulty in using staircase

Staff were friendly, all my queries and requests were met quickly.

Very minor issue but needed to ask for towels and loo paper. This was sorted immediately but expected to be in the room already.
