Vintage Hotel Tornese - Business & Events

Not to be missed! I was in this lovely town for a weekend and so I needed a hotel room at very short notice, luckily I came across the Tornese. The service from start to finish was fantastic including the room, the food and the drink. LOVELY people and place, great hotel.

Hotel Tornese is located at the heart of the small Marina, few meters away from the sea, and this makes it the perfect holiday location. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and the hotel has a nice vegan breakfast option (many hotels in Italy still ignore what Vegan is 😏) . The restaurant in the hotel offers authentic Tuscan food at very affordable price and our room had just the most spectacular view (see image attached).

Great stay, the staff and facilities were execptional. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area to book a stay here. Great views and the hotel restaurant is good value and has a great selection of typical foods to the region.

Location perfetta a pochi passi dal mare.

Diversi problemi in camera e all'inizio del soggiorno, promessa una sistemazione e data un'altra. Camera molto piccola, per quanto vivibile da una sola persona. Colazione abbondante, all'ultimo piano dell'hotel con una buona vista. Parcheggio a pagamento spesso non fruibile, nonostante la prenotazione, a causa della promiscuità con ristorante.

Disponibilita' della camera verso le 14.45 invece che 14.00, ma non e' stato un problema. In generale bene.

La struttura è a pochi passi dal mare 20 metri e molto comoda da raggiungere, poichè si trova all fine della via principale che porta a Marina di Cecina. La camera rispondeva tecnicamente alla descizione durante la prenotazione, allo stesso tempo, è datato l'arredo e il bagno, che presenta ancora la vasca con tenda per la doccia. Le pulizie erano ben fatte, e apprezzabile la disponibilità per chi posside piccoli animali. La colazione al 6° piano godeva di una fantastica vista panoramica, la frutta fresca tutti i giorni ottima, bevande calde preparate al momento, unico punto di miglioramento, il pane, era disponibile solo il pane in cassetta confezionato, quando in Toscana potrebbero avere ottimo pane fresco di forno.

Freundlicher Empfang, Hotel ist sauber, Zimmer o.k. Aber nicht der Parkplatz. Der ist viel zu klein. Es werden Schrammen am Auto hingenommen. Nicht bei uns aber wir haben es bei einem anderen Fahrzeug gesehen. Wir wurden morgens "eingparkt" so daß wir nicht abfahren konnten. Wir hatten unseren Fährtermin nach Elba nd es wurde knapp. Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte anfangs diesbezüglich sehr langsam reagiert und wusste offenbar nicht was sie tun sollte. Zum Schluß hat sich herausgestellt, daß uns Hotelfremde Personen eingeparkt hatten obwohl wir 5,00 EUR fürs Parken bezahlt hatten. Das geht gar nicht!

Zimmer sind nicht sauber, Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht, Balkontür muss mann mit einem Riegel absperren da die üblichen Mechanik nicht mehr funktioniert.
