The Residence

Struttura nella Media sufficiente la camera era come vista in foto anche il bagno ma nn c’era alcun servizio eccetto il Wi-Fi e la cassaforte. C’era bollitore ma nn c’erano le bustine del te. C’era la macchina caffè ma nn c’erano cialde c’era il frigo bar ma vuoto. Insomma tutto extra. Hanno provato a farci pagare il Parcheggio anche se era incluso nel prezzo. Al di fuori del complesso nn c’è veramente nulla.

Bra leilighet. Ligger litt for tett på et større hotell. En føler at en invaderer litt.

Nice quiet location, excellent restaurant, Very helpful reception staff

* Excellent welcome and service from Mia. She's been very helpful with all our questions throughout our stay. * Our property was excellent and very clean. It also had all the amenities we needed as a family. * Liked that everyone has dedicated parking space. * Great and easy access to the beach. * A lot of supermarkets around. * The pool is small but my kids loved it nonetheless and with the beach literally at your doorstep, it's wasn't really a big deal. * The restaurant downstairs was also good and the staff very welcoming. Small tips for first timers in Croatia: * Generally, do carry some cash with you in addition to your credit/bank card. Some shops are cash only and in restaurants, it is best to tip with cash. * Most ATMs will charge you for taking out money so you're better off taking a lump sum than small amounts and paying fees each time

We had a great stay at The Residence. The accommodations are basically serviced apartments. There is a reception office for services like beach towels and laundry for a fee. I believe they will arrange transportation for a fee as well. The apartments sit right behind a Marriott resort Le Meridian and you can pay a resort fee to use their facilities. The beach is public however there are umbrellas and loungers for the hotel set out on the beach directly in front of the apartments. We used them without a fee however in peak time I suspect that will not be an option without paying the resort fee. It was a little tricky finding the reception due to the most visible signage leading you to the Le Meridian. For a larger group the water heater may require you to shorten your showers. Overall the location was great. We did encounter a bit of traffic on the main road at most times of the day.

Great hotel for group of friends , nice pool Rooms large and spacious

Clean, large rooms in a quiet area near a beautiful beach. Staff are super friendly and accommodating.

Väldigt fina rum med bra utsikt, bra AC som man kunde ha på hela natten utan att bli störd. Tyvärr var väl det som hotellet kan erbjuda. Receptionen var svår att hitta och även om det fanns en pool var den inte ett dugg lockande. Fin strand i närheten men inga solstolar erbjöds av hotellet utan man var isåfall tvungen att betala grannhotellet. Helt okej frukost. Allt som allt så var hotellet för dyrt men väldigt bra rum.
