Lovely room with sea view, ought to have asked for non-smoking though. Reception staff and security incredibly helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner lovely.

Location and views were nice. Wouldn't exactly rate it a 5* hotel, furniture dated. Gym equipment poor and needs replacing. Pools need cleaning, not enough sunbeds. We were offered a 15 min massage but the spa staff didn't want to accommodate us because we wouldn't upgrade to the £110 offer they were pushing. Probably won't be visiting again.

The property was beautiful, and we were pleased when we first arrived. We were given information about places to go and see and how to get around the island. However, as soon as we walked into the door of our room, we could smell the cigarette smoke. Later when I pulled the sheets back to get into bed, there was sand in the bed. The next morning we spoke to the front desk about the sheets and also about the smoke smell in the room. We were told that someone would check the smell and if they couldn't get it fixed, we would be moved to a different room. We never heard from the hotel. When we returned from a wonderful day of sight seeing, the cigarette smell was still in the room and no one contacted us about moving rooms.
