Overall, the stay was comfortable, clean, and accommodating. The food in the cafe was good and affordable. Nice gym. The room was nicely decorated and comfy.

The Shower heads need to be replaced. The shower water went directly to the floor even with the shower curtains. Other than that, it was a very clean

The hotel was good, but our truck got broken into. We were at MDA that am. Staff knew it was our truck and didn’t let us know. When we checked on our truck, we noticed that the window was busted out. Staff was not helpful and said that it happened before. Some staff were not friendly at all. Won’t be staying here again.

Desk clerk at check in was not too friendly, but the hotel is very nice and clean. We were staying overnight near the medical center for an early morning appointment.

Overall the property was well maintained. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a grocery store very close, almost next door, and the hotel provided transportation to nearby tourist attractions and hospitals. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was malfunctioning and was scheduled to be fixed, but the pool was perfect. On our checkout day the whole hotel had no hot water. Even with all the mishaps I would recommend this hotel.

My biggest complaint for the property is there was no hot water for my entire stay. The water wouldn't even get Luke warm. I had to go to planet fitness to shower.

very clean. Good service. Fastest elevator we have ever experienced. Literally 15 seconds from lobby to 3rd floor at our door.
