Very nice staff, excellent mattress and pillows, expensive and limited “restaurant “

Try not to book to this hotel, staff are not cocern to their guest, not secured for parking, they don’t even bother to call you that your car got robbed at their parking lot, jan 23,2025 we book to this hotel for one night the next day our car broke the windows and 2 other more, but none of the staff even give us heads up even police already god there, not untill we check out, thats the time we saw our car door window is broken.. never really expect that this kind of hotel doesn’t have even cctv in their parking lot! Never ever gonna go back to this place, so, please don’t ever try to stay here better yet try to find somewhere else that has securty fos your safety..

Only stayed night due to early surgery. We arrived after 9 pm and were out by 5:30 am, so all we saw was lobby and bed. Shower was nice. Met requirements of our stay.

The Hotel is nearby the Medical Service Area. There are Parking Area and The Breakfast Service is not available.

I enjoyed staying here. The folks working there were helpful, its right next door to a Kroger, and it was quiet at night.

Parking and staff was great. Clean, quiet all and all good experience. Came out with my daughter to tour UH.

Liked the availability of a shuttle for rides to places 3 miles or less. Loved the proximity to NRG Stadium and restaurants

We ALWAYS stay here when we have appointments at MD Anderson which is a testament to how much we like this hotel. It’s clean, good service and only a mile or two to MDA.

Great place to stay if your goimg to NRG to see a game. HIGHLY recomend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.
