Novotel Lampung

First day of fasting and coincidentally there was a way to break fast with Dinovotellampung, wow the view is really beautiful especially towards the best evening. I was approached by Ms. Fitri and offered help and was very alert and humble. Breakfast food has lots of choices and is delicious, the place is spacious and clean and very comfortable. next time there will be another opening event with dinovotellampung

The good parts about the hotel is location far from city. The room was a fantastic which was upgraded due to Accor membership. The view from corner room was stunning and provided complete view of bay mountains and lampung city. The best part about my stay was room and views. Overall hotel is also very beautiful. My stay was during an off season and it really showed on the quality of service, food taste and amenities in the hotel. During evening the lights and air conditioning is off at main lobby and restaurant area. The gym was a ghost town with no electricity. Considering the price hotel is overall very decent.

Good location of the hotel, clean room, there are 2 EV chargers at the parking lot.

Our reservation policy stated that we would be charged the 1st night for no show after 6 pm. Despite that policy, the hotel has cancelled our reservation when we arrived late just after 6 pm. During check-in, the hotel tried to give us twin bed room which we rejected since we asked for double bed. Then we were given double bed room which later was found out to be smoking room when we came into the room (our reservation was for non-smoking). Had to go back to the check-in counter to complain, and finally we were given double bed non smoking room as requested in our reservation. Didn't expect this kind of experience in Novotel.

Hotel was nice once but some maintenance issues especially around the pool

Overcharged as they did not refund my deposit. In 3 months they are still not replying to or acknowledging my emails
