They were very professional and courteous and accommodating

Tv is one room wasn’t working, they were nice enough to find another room same size but the room I was moved too the door closed loudly and uncomfortably

Location was nice

Walked in and the floors were sticky. Some of the lights did not work. When leaving for a bit we had a hard time closing the door and finally got it to close and secure. No chairs in smoking area, I am disabled so no place to sit was hard for me. Middle of night super noisy and our room was located near the front desk so I am unsure as to why the hotel staff did not address the noise at 3am. We had to ask those people to keep it down and they did not so I did not get much sleep on Friday night after a long drive and a concert we attended.
