Safari Hotel & Convention Centre

Location is ideal.

Same excuses as 3 months ago: No WiFi, lack of or no maintenance of facilities, quality & variety of food not improved from last visit. Private road leading to the hotel in a bad state & getting worse with each visit.

Welcoming staff especially the chef

The dirty plates were left outside the room not far from mine and they were there for few days

The room was nice Breakfast was great too

No telephone in the executive room, so you have to go to the reception if you needed something :(

It was OK. Basic stuff that we needed. But the staff was really bad. You couldn't find anyone on their post.

Staff was absolutely nowhere. Sometimes we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get someone to assist us at the Reception desk. They also forgot to make our breakfast packs.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious

The food is not tasty. There is no wifi in the room, there is a big smart tv in the room which cannot work because there is no network. I stayed in one of the suites and the experience was horrible, the first day there was no hot water. The second day there was no electricity. After notifying the receptionist every morning at 6am I had to call back a couple of times to get feedback

The outside premises were not well kept, seemed abandoned, had wanted to do some activities like putt putt. Pools not clean

The reception and cleaning staff were amazing. Very friendly, accomodative and helpful. The restaurant and bar staff also did an exceptional job. The facility did well in terms of service and availability of options at the restaurant and bar.

The facilities are outdated. WIFI is very weak in the rooms & very touch and go at the restaurant area. The TV was not working at all. The play area is also outdated, very basic.
