I love that I can count on this place to stay every time I come to eureka springs

I love management's "on top of it" approach to their guest in insuring a positive experience.

The value was incredible! The room, beds, staff, everything was wonderful. For the price we paid our expectations weren't high, but then were entirely exceded!

Place is very run down. Saturday night we came in with a container of leftovers from dinner. I sat it on the table while my daughter got ready for bed and I got a some other stuff from the car. I only left it on the table a couple of minutes but when I picked it up to buy in refrigerator there were two roaches on the box. It was very dark over by the bed where my daughter laid down. A few minutes later she screamed because something crawled on her neck. She was shaking and I flipped on the light. There was a large roach on her pillow. We grabbed all our stuff and left at 9:30 PM when we were supposed to stay until the next day. There was no on in the office. it was locked up with no one around to tell.

Crack heads in the middle of the night making so much noise slamming doors running up and down the stairs, and almost getting attacked by the owners dog.

I like how clean the room was when I came in. I also like the friendly staff and the location. The complimentary soap smelled really nice also.

I was only given 1 key for 2 people but it wasent that big of a deal. The room phone did not work.
