"Over rated"

Villa Bali boutique hotel is a beautiful place .. It's nice for a sleep over .. The staff is not very helpful and I found the beakfast not satisfying . We had to ask for fruit as the bowls was empty and hour ten minutes before closing time for breakfast . .. We had to ask for a spoon to eat our porridge .. And it never came .. I feel for the money you pay the staff should be more in control and helpful ..

"Poor service"

The staff member at reception was helpful, although my room was not yet ready. I was asked to return at 11H00 as the previous guest has not booked out yet. When I returned at about 12h00 the guest had still not booked out and I was assigned a different room (Room # 4). I have no idea how this new room compared to what I have booked. I enquired at reception about an early breakfast at 6H30 as they only service breakfast from 7h00. I was assured that this would be no problem, and that they would prepare an “English” style breakfast as the buffet breakfast only starts at 7h00. At about 19H40 I went to the dining room to have dinner. I walked around the dining room but none of the Staff attended me and eventually I ask a lady if I could sit anywhere. After about 10 minutes, another lady finally came to take my order although a number of staff was looking at me but choose to ignore me. The service was poor and very unprofessional for a Hotel of that stature. The next morning I came to the breakfast area at 06h25 as arranged, and was told by a staff member that breakfast is only from 7h00. I explained that I made an arrangement for an early breakfast, but was rudely told breakfast is only from 7H00. I then went to reception and checked out and asked for my money for the breakfast back. The lady at reception who was present at the day and tome I checked in, tried to rectify the problem, by I was by now to upset and opted to leave.
